The Clayton Hotel was the first residential hotel owned and managed by Chinatown CDC. We conducted building rehabilitation shortly after purchase. Located in what was once historic Manilatown, the Clayton Hotel and its maintenance as affordable housing ensures the permanent affordability of a portion of housing stock that has been at risk of being converted into offices because of the encroachment of the Financial District. In addition, the property is also home to four commercial storefronts.
