	Housing Couseling Updates & Alerts The mission of our housing counseling is to improve the quality of life and living environment for low-income residents through comprehensive strategies and resources; preserve affordable housing; educate residents on tenants' rights and protections so tenants are empowered to fight for changes. Services We provide one to one drop-in housing counseling in the following areas: eviction rent increase repair and maintenance landlord harassment landlord/tenant mediation translation and filing of forms and documents affordable housing application, opportunities and availability first-time home ownership tenant's rights education and more... If you would like housing counseling help, please call us to make an appointment, or you can drop in at the Mayor's Neighborhood City Hall Office at the Chinatown Branch Library on Monday from 2pm–5pm and Wednesday from 5pm–7pm.
