Chinatown CDC's Super Sunday holiday lunch

San Francisco (December 15, 2013) -- Many thanks to Chinatown CDC supporters Jon Hee and Jon Yip who devoted their weekend and roasted 40 turkeys for Super Sunday's Annual Holiday Celebration. This was made possible through the generosity of the Morongo Band of Mission Indians, Cameron House (for their freezers and kitchen) and other volunteers who served the turkey lunch to 800 seniors and families. 290 children received a wrapped gift from Santa Claus! The gifts were donated by the Chinese Hospital, the Chinese Congregational Church, and the Presbyterian Church of Chinatown.
