Chinatown CDC Property Management staff is dedicated to improving the quality of life of our residents by providing safe, high-quality, affordable homes for our residents. We ensure our buildings meet and exceed compliance standards, so that our residents feel safe and secure. Working closely with Housing Development staff, we acquire and develop new housing for future residents. We also renovate and enhance our properties to ensure a high-quality, and sustainable home environment for our residents. With the joint effort of Resident Services and its ongoing supportive services, we are able to overcome any obstacles that our residents may have to strengthen the community. We are committed to empowering our residents to build better lives and create healthier, stronger communities by providing affordable homes for people with low incomes, and special needs.
Our Experience
Chinatown CDC offers property and asset management services to property owners, sponsors, investors and other stakeholders. We have years of experience working with diverse partners in the community. Chinatown CDC property management services include marketing, assistance with rental applications, coordination with governmental agencies, lease up, rent collection, repairs and maintenance. In addition to residential units, Chinatown CDC also owns four-two commercial storefronts in our buildings that house community businesses and organization.
Our property management staff maintain our buildings and work closely with our tenant services to provide advocacy, education, housing retention, and a high quality of life for our residents. We currently manage thirty-two affordable housing projects, overseeing over 2,500 units that are home to over 4,500 tenants throughout San Francisco. We have a concentrated presence in the Chinatown, Tenderloin, and North Beach neighborhoods.
We are dedicated to maintaining the long-term financial and physical viability of our housing developments and work towards increasing the affordable housing available in San Francisco.
