Over 400 guests including community leaders, sponsors and tenants attended our Lunar New Year Luncheon on Friday, March 4th at Far East Cafe. At the event, we highlighted the recent acquisition and preservation of 1005 Powell Street as permanently affordable housing.

Thank you San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, Crankstart Foundation, and the City and County of San Francisco for supporting our journey to save the 1005 Powell SRO residents from displacement. Your investment in Chinatown saved 64 homes.

But our work is not done. There are dozens more SRO buildings and their residents at risk as we move into economic "recovery." Recovery without equity = displacement.
